'Glee' star Jane Lynch is 'scared' to host Saturday Night Live because there's no 'take two', proud that 'Glee's Kurt is about to get a boyfriend. If youve ever watched Glee on FOX, you know that Jane Lynch is a Cheerio force to be reckoned with. If not, know that shes one of the funniest actresses on television, but a bit hesitant about hosting Saturday Night Live.

On The Red Carpet's Rachel Smith caught up with her at a recent PFLAG, Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays, Gala in Los Angeles, who told us shes a bit jittery.

"I can barely think about it I'm so nervous. said Lynch. I'm kinda having a hard time. I'm scared, because, it's one of those things, there's no take two. Ive done live theatre, yeah, yeah, yeah, but it's one of those things, there's no take two, you can't do it the next day. It's over, it's done."

Lynch also spoke about her hit show Glee, and the openly gay character Kurt.

"Glee is a wonderful example of kind of normalizing the fact that there are gay families out there," she said. "Here it is, set in this little town in Ohio, and we have this really confident, gay kid, who if he has any flaws, they have nothing to do with his sexual orientation."

She also addressed rumors that Kurts about to get a boyfriend.

"He's going to have a love interest, and one of the things that Ryan [Murphy] said about Kurt Hummell is that he'll never show him as a victim. They want him to have a love life and be happy, and explore other aspects of his personality, and not just his orientation. But yeah, he's gonna get some love, from what I understand."

Rachel even got a tidbit about the next episode, Grilled Cheesus.

"It's about faith. It's about everyone's varied views of faith, and agnosticism and atheism, as well as christianity, and it kind of goes the gammit. and it's very touching, it's really wonderful."

Glee airs Tuesdays nights on FOX.
