George Clooney won't get married again
George Clooney appeared on "Piers Morgan Tonight" on Friday with his dad and says he has no intentions of getting married again.
"I hate to blow your whole news story, but I was married," said Clooney, as reported by People magazine. "Yeah, so I've proven how good I was at it, and I just. ... I'm allowed one."
Clooney has been with his girlfriend, Italian model and actress Elisabetta Canalis, 32, since 2009. The 49-year-old actor was previously married to actress Talia Balsam from 1989 until 1993.
Clooney's father Nick said that he had been married to George's mother for 51 years. Nick Clooney was an anchorman and TV host and his mother Nina Bruce was a former beauty queen.
Clooney also revealed on the show that he had contracted malaria during a trip to Sudan earlier this month but has since recovered. Clooney went to the war-torn country as a United Nations "Messenger of Peace" and to raise awareness.
Clooney will join Sandra Bullock on-screen in the upcoming astronaut movie, "Gravity" which is set for release in 2012.
