Former Miss California Carrie Prejean weds Oakland Raiders quarterback

Carrie Prejean, who made headlines during the Miss USA pageant when she declared that marriage should be between a man and a woman, has married Oakland Raiders quarterback Kyle Boller.

Prejean and Boller wed late Friday night in a private ceremony at the Grand Del Mar in San Diego, California, which is owned by a supporter of the states controversial Proposition 8.

The 23-year-old was stripped of her Miss California crown following her remarks, accused by pageant officials of missing scheduled events, which she denies.
