Ethan Embrey's wife Sunny Mabrey files for divorce

Ethan Embry of "Empire Records" and his wife Sunny Mabrey are set to divorce.

Embry, 34, and his wife of seven years, model and actress Embry, are calling it quits. The actress filed for divorce in L.A. County Superior Court on July 25, citing irreconcilable differences according to People magazine.

The pair wed in July 2005, but officially separated in April 2012. They share no children together, though Embry has son Cogeian Sky, 12, from a previous marriage.

Mabrey, 36, is known for her role in the film "Snakes on a Plane" and a number of appearances on television shows such as "Rules of Engagement," "Desperate Housewives" and "Memphis Beat."

Embry is known for a number of films with roles such as "Vegas Vacation," "Can't Hardly Wait" and "Brotherhood."
