Emma Watson begins taking classes at Oxford University
Former "Harry Potter" actress Emma Watson is back at school.
The actress recently wrote on her blog that she started her junior year of college at Oxford University in Oxford, England.
"To Everyone who is starting a New School Year, (sorry those who have been at school for a while Oxford starts late)," she wrote on Sunday, October 16. "Just to say have a great term and good luck with all your work."
"You might not hear from me for a while because I will be really busy studying," Watson added. "I wanted to just say hi and bye : )"
The actress also posted a photo of herself at Oxford on her site, which can be seen above.
It was reported in July that the "Harry Potter" actress was going to attend the prestigious school in England as part of a study abroad program.
In March, the 21-year-old actress announced on her official website that she was taking time off from her studies at Brown University to focus on her career and promote "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2," the final film in the hit fantasy series, which was released on July 15.
"I'm still a student at Brown," The Virginian-Pilot quoted Watson as saying in an interview to promote the new "Harry Potter" movie. "It's just that I'll spend my third year abroad at Oxford. Then I'll return to Brown to complete my last year."
Watson began her studies at Brown in the fall of 2009. She has denied reports that she had been bullied during her time there but said that students often quoted lines from the "Harry Potter" series to her.
Actor Hugh Grant and actress Kate Beckinsale have also attended Oxford in the past.
