Sean "Diddy" Combs was recently named at the top of Forbes' list of the five wealthiest hip-hop stars in 2013 and he might have Ciroc to thank for that.

According to the magazine, the Bad Boy Records founder has an estimated net worth of $580 million, beating out the likes of Jay-Z, Dr. Dre and 50 Cent -- who also appear on the list. The magazine claims the majority of Diddy's wealth comes from his non-musical ventures like his deal with Diageo's Ciroc, a brand of premium vodka.

Sean "Diddy" Combs was involved in a car crash in Los Angeles on October 24.

The music mogul complained of pain but was not transported to the hospital, according to a police report obtained by OTRC.com. Combs was the passenger in a Cadillac Escalade when another vehicle turned left in front of the Cadillac and the two vehicles collided on Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Quamine Taylor, the man who on April 1 was arrested for trespassing in Sean "Diddy" Combs' home, during which he ate his food, drank his liquor and slept in a bed, has been released from jail after being sentenced to time served.

The 30-year-old resident of Queens, New York had spent the last three months behind bars because he failed to post his $2,000 bail after he was taken into custody and charged with criminal trespassing and petit larceny. On Friday, July 6, he was freed after receiving his sentence, records show.

Sean "Diddy" Combs may want to restock his fridge. And do some laundry.

Police in East Hampton, New York recently revealed that on April 1, officers were sent to the rap icon's home to investigate a possible intruder after the alarm was set off around 1 a.m. They knocked on the front door and saw a man who would later be revealed to be Quamine Taylor, a 30-year-old Queens resident.

Justin Dior Combs, the oldest son of hip hop mogul and rapper Sean "Diddy" Combs, has accepted a $54,000 full college football scholarship from the University of California, Los Angeles and is preparing to travel to the city to join the Bruins in several weeks.

The 5'9", 170-lb 18-year-old cornerback graduated from the all-male Iona Preparatory School in New Rochelle, New York last week and is set to enroll in UCLA on June 24. Diddy, who as of April is worth an estimated $550 million, according to Forbes, attended his son's commencement ceremony.

Rapper and producer Sean "Diddy" Combs and NBA star Magic Johnson and are launching their own television networks.

Comcast, the biggest cable provider in the United States, said in a statement on Tuesday, February 21, that it will begin distributing the channels, which are part of four new "independent minority-owned networks," starting this year.
