Demi Moore has filed her own divorce papers to counter estranged husband Ashton Kutcher's and is seeking alimony.
Moore, 50, submitted her papers to a Los Angeles court on March 7, more than two months after the 35-year-old actor, whose real name is Christopher A. Kutcher. He did not request spousal support. Also, while Kutcher requested that he and Moore each pay their own attorney fees, the actress wants him to front all bills. Both cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split.
Ashton Kutcher has filed for divorce from Demi Moore, more than a year after the actress announced they would end their marriage, which had lasted six years.
The 34-year-old actor submitted the papers at a Los Angeles court on Friday, December 21, and signed them using his real name -- Christopher A. Kutcher, OTRC.com has learned. He cited irreconcilable differences for the split.
