Ashton Kutcher has filed for divorce from Demi Moore, more than a year after the actress announced they would end their marriage, which had lasted six years.

The 34-year-old actor submitted the papers at a Los Angeles court on Friday, December 21, and signed them using his real name -- Christopher A. Kutcher, OTRC.com has learned. He cited irreconcilable differences for the split.

Demi Moore is reportedly dating again and it maybe with someone younger than her 34-year-old estranged husband Ashton Kutcher.

The New York Post reports that Moore, 50, has been "quietly spending time" with 26-year-old art dealer Vito Schnabel. The two reportedly first got close during Naomi Campbell's 50th birthday party in Jodhpur, India, in early November. Moore and Schnabel have been spending time together ever since.

It has been about a year since Demi Moore announced her plans to end her marriage to Ashton Kutcher, but it appears neither one of them has filed for divorce yet.

The two had wed in a Kabbalah ceremony at their home in Beverly Hills in September 2005. Photos from the event were published in OK! magazine, as seen on the website of BBC News. Moore's ex-husband Bruce Willis and their three daughters attended the wedding.

A transit cop detained her on Monday evening. The officer spotted her in Union Square in New York City holding an 8-ounce Pakistani beer and asked her about it, after which she showed a New York ID card that had the name Katherine Kelly printed on it, The New York Daily News reported.

Demi Moore is no longer "MrsKutcher" on Twitter. The 49-year-old actress debuted a new handle on the social networking site on May 3 to reflect her single status.

Moore, who has 4.9 million followers on the site, will now go by @JustDemi. "So hard finding a name that was fun somewhat playful and available," she wrote in a Tweet on May 3. "So for now it will be@justdemi It could grow on me!"

"LOL," which was filmed in 2010 finally received a limited release date for May 4 and had little promotion.
