Demi Moore - Ashton Kutcher divorce finalized just before Thanksgiving
Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are finally divorced, two years after they called it quits.
Their divorce was finalized at a Los Angeles court on Tuesday, Nov. 26, according to court records obtained by OTRC.com. Neither actor will receive spousal support. Moore had earlier this year sought alimony.
The couple wed in September 2005. They have no children together. Moore has three daughters with ex-husband Bruce Willis.
Her and Kutcher's divorce was finalized two days before Thanksgiving. Moore, 51, had announced their split on Nov. 17, 2011, a week before the holiday that year. Kutcher, who has been dating fellow "That '70s Show" alum Mila Kunis for more than a year, filed formal divorce papers on Dec. 21, 2012, four days before Christmas.
Moore filed her own divorce papers on March 7 of this year, seeking alimony from Kutcher. The actor, a cast member on the CBS sitcom "Two and a Half Men" and Forbes' No. 1 highest-paid television actor, with estimated annual earnings of $24 million, did not ask for the same.
According to People magazine, the couple's divorce took so long to finalize because the two could not until now agree how to divide their fortune, estimated to be more than $300 million.
