Dean McDermott tweets his recovery from dirt bike accident

Dean McDermott, star of Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood, has been twittering his recovery after a dirt bike accident on Tuesday left him with a punctured and collapsed lung.

McDermott, who was released from the Intensive Care Unit of a Los Angeles hospital on Friday, said on his official Twitter page, I'm healing, slowly Ill be doing rehab for a while I messed a few things up when I crashed. 

The actor mightve also over shared a bit when he tweeted, I had the worst night. Catheter cut me up coming out. Unbelievable pain. I got a fever of 104 and was throwing up. Fun, WOW !!!

This is the second motorcycle accident for McDermott this year. In that accident he fractured his shoulder and withdrew from professional dirt bike racing, doing it only recreationally. His wife, Tori Spelling told People, "He's taking this as a sign and realizing family is too important to risk his life."

Indeed the actor seems done with the sport saying on his Twitter page, Oh, and 3 stitches in my right butt cheek where a stone got imbedded. Let's just say, I won't be dirt biking anymore.

The couple recently renewed their vows to celebrate their four year wedding anniversary.
