Daniel Radcliffe worth more than UK's Prince William and Prince Harry, report says
Daniel Radcliffe, the 21-year-old star of the Harry Potter films, is reportedly richer than Prince William, heir to the British throne, and his brother Prince Harry.
The UK newspaper The Daily Mail reported that Radcliffe's personal fortune has reached £28.5million, or $45.4 million, while the princes, aged 28 and 26, are each worth about £28 million, or $44.6 million.
It also said the British actor owns three properties in New York worth almost $16 million as well as a condominium in London. The parties have not commented. The newspaper said the figures were calculated by using published financial records of Gilmore Jacobs, a firm it said Radcliffe's parents set up in 2000 to manage his assets.
Radcliffe can next be seen in the final Harry Potter films, the two-part Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. The first installment is set to hit theaters on November 19.
The author of the books that spurred the film series, J.K., Rowling, was in 2008 deemed richer than Prince William and Harry's grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.
