'DWTS' pro Louis Van Amstel releases women's clothing line
Whether he's tangoing into fans' hearts on "Dancing With The Stars", or waltzing over to "So You Think You Can Dance" to choreograph a routine, ballroom pro Louis Van Amstel's always giving his feet a workout.
Now, Louis's taking his fit and active lifestyle a step further, releasing a fitness clothing line for women, LVA By Louis Van Amstel.
"It's all about making working out more feminine, feeling good, and fun and fashionable," Louis told OTRC.com when we tiptoed in to his rehearsal to get the scoop on the line. "And the materials, once you put it on, you never want to take it off. It feels so good."
OTRC.com also asked Louis, who was choreographing a routine for the four ballroom contestants in the top 20 on Season 10 of "So You Think You Can Dance," what he thinks of the crop of dancers.
"They have to show everything they've got because this season is better than ever," he said. "But these ballroom dancers are one of the best ballroom dancers 'So You Think You Can Dance' has ever had."
But Louis admits he's a tough teacher, "It's called 'So You Think You Can Dance', so I have to make sure that they show the best they can do."
"Very happy with Sears right now, they're my partners," Louis told us. "So if people like it, they can go to Sears.com, and buy LVA."
Catch "So You Think You Can Dance" through the summer on FOX.
