Criss Angel plans to 'jump' the Grand Canyon

Criss Angel of A&E's Mindfreak is taking his illusions to new heights in the season six premiere.

"I'm going to attempt to jump the Grand Canyon with an illusion twist and if I am not successful, I will literally plummet 4200 feet to the Grand Canyon's floor," he told OnTheRedCarpet.com.

Angel also said he is planning to make a live scorpion disappear from his hands and reappear in a spectators mouth.

Season 6 of Mindfreak Wednesdays at 10 p.m. on A&E.
