08/22/2010 by Jacob Burch
Were still three months away from comedian Conan OBriens triumphant return to TV. But if youre suffering from Coco withdrawal, there is some good news.
OBrien will release two new albums this week with rock-star pal Jack White of The White Stripes. Live at Third Man will feature Conans June 10 performance of his Legally Prohibited From Being Funny on Television Tour from Whites Third Man complex in Nashville. There is also a duet with White, a cover of Eddie Cochrans 20 Flight Rock.
The comedian is also releasing a 7 vinyl single And They Call Me Mad?, on which he improvises a retelling of the Frankenstein legend on the A Side, and is interviewed by White on Side B.
The albums hit store shelves August 24.
