Coachella 2014 lineup announced: Full list of performers

The highly-anticipated lineup for the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival was announced on Jan. 8, with Arcade Fire, Muse and a reuniting OutKast among the festivals headliners.

The festival, which celebrates its 15th anniversary in 2014, will run for two weekends in April at the Empire Polo Club Fields in Indio, California, about 130 miles east of Los Angeles.

The festival will feature more than 150 premiere acts spanning various genres, including rock, hip-hop and electronic dance music (EDM).

Coachella will be held April 11-13 and April 18-20. Tickets go on sale Friday, Jan. 10 at 10 a.m. PT.

Day 1:

Main act: OutKast - This will mark the first time in more than seven years that Andre "Andre 3000" Benjamin and Antwan "Big Boi" Patton have performed as OutKast together. Rumors began swirling in Fall 2013 that the group would reunite at the festival, having been on hiatus since 2007. The Grammy-winning group is best known for the hits "Ms. Jackson," "Hey Ya!," "The Way You Move" and "Roses."

Main act: Muse - The English rock band, fronted by lead vocalist Matthew Bellamy, has remained one of the successful music acts in the world, several hits studio albums and visual stunning live performances. They released their most recent album, "The 2nd Law," in 2012, with plans to release a seventh studio album sometime in 2015. The group is best known for the songs "Time Is Running Out," "Starlight," "Uprising" and "Madness."

Day 3:

Main act: Arcade Fire - The Canadian indie rock group has achieved astronomical mainstream success following their 2004 debut. In 2011, they took home a Grammy Award for Album of the Year for their third studio record "The Suburb." The group released their fourth studio album, "Reflector," in October 2013, complete with a performance atop the Capitol Records building in Los Angeles, completely shutting down streets surround the famous structure. They are best known for the songs "We Used to Wait," "Ready to Start," "Reflektor" and "Afterlife."
