Charlie Sheen speaks to KABC Television, OnTheRedCarpet.com's parent company, in June 2010.After a stormy week of controversy, Charlie Sheen returned to work on a movie set in Los Angeles on Thursday. However, his legal woes from the incident in New York may be far from over.

Christina Walsh, the porn actress who was with Sheen in his New York Hotel room when he was reportedly found naked and drunk on Tuesday, says she wants the probation from his Colorado assault conviction revoked because of the incident, reports CNN.

Walsh, who makes adult films under the pseudonym of Capri Anderson, is reportedly flying out to Aspen, Colorado on Monday to speak with officials in Pitkin County about the event, which her spokesman Kevin Blatt claims left her, "pretty shaken up."

Sheen's spokesperson said the actor suffered an allergic reaction to medication and that led to his bizarre behavior. He was later taken to a New York area hospital and released on Tuesday.

Sheen's probation in Colorado stems from his arrest last year during Christmas day when his wife, Brooke Mueller, told police the actor threatened her with a knife at their home. As a result, Sheen pleaded guilty misdemeanor assault charge from the incident during his trial in August. He was sentenced to 30 days in a rehabilitation center, 30 days of probation and 36 hours of anger management.

Sheen has denied using a knife during the argument with Mueller but said he crumpled her eyeglasses and that the two slapped each other's arms, according to court records. Sheen and Mueller, his third wife, married in 2008 and their twin sons were born last March.

According to CNN, Walsh has not spoken with anyone in the Pitkin County prosecutor's office about her intentions to meet with them. Since the New York City Police Department are not filing any criminal charges against Sheen, a probation violation case cannot be made, Pitkin County Chief Deputy District Attorney Arnie Mordkin told the news network.

The actor returned to Los Angeles after the incident and as seen on set of a movie reportedly titled She Wants Me, according to People. Sheen will be playing himself in a small cameo in the film.
