Chad Lowe of 'Pretty Little Liars' and wife welcome a baby girl
Chad Lowe and his wife Kim welcomed their second child, a baby girl, on Friday, November 16.
The actor, who currently stars on "Pretty Little Liars," Tweeted about the birth writing, "It's a girl!!! And she's as beautiful as her mommy (@ikimlowe) & big sister Mabel!! We are blessed!"
Kim Lowe wrote on her Twitter page later that night, "Thanks everyone, for all your kind words!! We r exhausted but loving every minute with our new little addition :-) @ichadlowe."
No other information about the child's birth was announced. The Emmy Award-winning actor first announced his wife's pregnancy in June. This is the second child for the couple, who wed in 2010. The two have a 3-year-old daughter named Mabel.
Lowe was previously married to actress Hilary Swank between 1997 and 2007. They have no children together.
Lowe rose to fame playing Jesse McKenna, an HIV-positive high school student, on the 1990s drama series "Life Goes On" and won an Emmy for his role. He also played Luke on the show "Popular" in 1999, Dr. George Henry on "ER" and Reed Pollock on "24." He currently portrays Byron Montgomery on the ABC Family series "Pretty Little Liars."
