Celine Dion, pregnant with twin boys, 'feels fantastic'

Celine Dion appears on the cover of 7 Jours in September 2010 A very pregnant Celine Dion graces the cover of the Canadian magazine 7 Jours, this month.

The image of the happy family comes after tabloid speculation that the superstar singer was suffering severe complications from her pregnancy.

"She's never been in the hospital," Dions rep told People. "Her pregnancy continues to be healthy, and she feels fantastic."

Dion, husband Rene-Angelil, and nine-year-old son Rene-Charles, pose together with their dog, Charlie. The couple announced in July they were expecting twin boys.

The singer, 42, has talked about her difficulties getting pregnant in the past and said she became pregnant for a second time after a sixth attempt at in-vitro fertilization.

Dion plans to return to the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas for a three year concert run in 2011.
