Michaele Salahi was set to appear on the upcoming fifth season of the VH1 reality show "Celebrity Rehab" but was kicked off the series after producers said she did not meet the criteria.

The 45-year-old, who appeared on the reality show "The Real Housewives of D.C.," and her husband Tareq were dubbed the "White House party crashers" in 2009 after they were accused of entering a White House banquet without an official invitation. Salahi denies they "crashed" the event.
