The actress, who has in recent months worn a long, bleached blonde wig in public, sports a buzzed haircut.
Amanda Bynes recently pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license and was put on probation, which brings to a conclusion a case that marked one of several traffic-related incidents that put the former Nickelodeon star in the headlines in 2012.
