Catherine Zeta-Jones has recently checked into a health care facility, according to a spokesperson for the Oscar-winning actress.
Zeta-Jones' spokesperson told OTRC.com in a statement on Monday, April 29, "Catherine has pro actively checked into a health care facility. Previously Catherine has said that she is committed to periodic care in order to manage her health in an optimum manner."
Michael Douglas and his wife Catherine Zeta-Jones participated in the 11th Annual Michael Douglas & Friends Celebrity Golf Tournament in Atlantis, located on Paradise Island in the Bahamas, during the weekend of May 25-27, 2012.
Douglas co-hosted the event with Morgan Freeman, who played on behalf of the charity PLAN!T NOW, an international disaster preparedness non-profit organization that he had co-founded in 2004 after a hurricane devastated the island nation of Grenada.
