Cat Deeley dishes exercise secrets: 'gyms don't work for me'
Cat Deeley, host of the hit dance competition show "So You Think You Can Dance," dishes all of her exercise secrets and says "gyms don't work" for her.
The 34-year-old British television personality revealed to OnTheRedCarpet.com that traditional gym methods aren't what keep her in shape, and that she finds solace in more enjoyable exercise methods.
"I've just found something that works for me, which is basically, I hike outside my house," Deeley said. "And then I do yoga, and I swim, and I ride horses. So I do stuff that I like and enjoy. Gyms don't work for me."
Deeley's exercise and healthy habits recently paid off as she donned a stunning figure for the 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards. The host turned heads in a strapless Monique Lhuillier Resort dress that received heavy praise (See photos).
The host received her first Emmy nomination in the reality show category this year, but lost out to Jeff Probst of 'Survivor.'
Season eight of 'So You Think You Can Dance' had it's finale show on Aug. 11, 2011, and a season nine announcement has yet to be released.
