Camille Grammer says ex-husband Kelsey Grammer encouraged her to do 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'
Camille Grammer says she was reluctant to star in the new Bravo reality series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills but that soon-tobe ex-husband and actor Kelsey Grammer told her it would be good for her.
The couple split after 14 years of marriage in July when Camille Grammer filed for divorce. The new installment of the popular Real Housewives series, which often depicts cast members bickering, began on Thursday.
"I didn't want to do the show originally, but Kelsey encouraged me to do so. He thought it would be something good for me, Grammer told OnTheRedCarpet.com. "So, now I'm here."
Other cast members include businesswoman Adrienne Maloof, Taylor Armstrong, a management consultant and Kim Richards an actress who has starred in 17 different Disney films, including the original Escape to Witch Mountain, her sister Kyle and Lisa Vanderpump, a British designer and restaurant owner. The Richards sisters are aunts of Los Angeles socialite Paris Hilton.
