Brooke Burke
says she and Dancing With the Stars co-host Tom Bergeron do not know who will be among the cast of the upcoming 11th season, which begins on September 20.

The series pairs celebrities with professional ballroom dancers, such as Lacey Schwimmer, who confirmed on her Twitter page that she will be on the show.

In past seasons, she danced with Steve-O of Jackass, singer Lance Bass and actor Mark Dacascos. Schwimmer's colleague, Damian Whitewood, who danced with Pamela Anderson last season, said he will only be on the results episodes.

"Tom and I know nothing," Burke told OnTheRedCarpet.com. "They keep it very hush hush, or else Tom and I would tell everybody and then everybody would know."

People reported to be contestants include Bristol Palin, the 19-year-old daughter of former Alaska governor Sarah Palin, David Hasselhoff, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino from MTV's raunchy reality show Jersey Shore, Audrina Patridge of MTV reality show The Hills, which ended in July and singers Brandy and Michael Bolton.

Dirty Dancing and Ferris Bueller's Day Off actress Jennifer Grey, Brady Bunch matriarch Florence Henderson, NFL stars Troy Aikman and Kurt Warner and Lindsay Lohan, who recently ended jail and rehab stints, have also been named.

Dancing With the Stars' network, ABC, has refused to comment on the cast reports and says an official announcement about who will appear on the show will be made on August 30 during an episode of its dating series Bachelor Pad, which airs at 8 p.m. ET.

Burke made her comments in a satellite interview to promote another series she hosts - TV Land's reality show She's Got the Look, a modelling competition for women over the age of 35. The show's third season premiered on Wednesday.

"Our dramatic moments really come from the challenges and they come from the emotional investment that the women have put into this competition," she said. "A lot less of the typical, catty model moments that you would expect. I mean, these are women that are wives and mothers, career women, accomplished women that are really taking a chance to have a career as a model."
