Britney Spears sued for sexual harassment by former bodyguard
Britney Spears has been sued for sexual harassment by a former bodyguard, reports KABC Television, the parent company of OnTheRedCarpet.com.
According to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles on Wednesday, Spears former bodyguard, Fernando Flores, claims the pop star appeared naked in front of him several times, made unwanted sexual advances toward him, and abused her children.
The lawsuit cites an incident where Spears allegedly wore a see-through lace outfit and purposely exposed her genitals to him. The singer also reportedly summoned Flores two times for no reason and greeted him naked. In addition to the sexual harassment allegations, Flores says in the lawsuit that there was one incident where he saw Spears savagely beating her eldest son Preston.
In another incident, Spears allegedly fed her sons crab meat, even though she knew they had severe seafood allergies. When two children subsequently began vomiting, Spears allegedly prevented Flores and their nanny from calling a doctor.
Flores also claims he witnessed Spears having loud sexual relations in a hotel in California while her children were present in the same suite.
It's unclear if any of the child abuse allegations were investigated by authorities.
Flores says hes suffered psychological damage while he was employed by the singer. In addition to the lawsuit he has also filed a complaint for sexual harassment and emotional distress with the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
Spears' spokespeople have made no comment on the lawsuit or the allegations.
