Bristol Palin will not be getting into a legal battle over a bar argument after all.
The defamation lawsuit filed against Palin by Stephen Hanks, the man who got into a verbal argument with Palin which later aired on her Lifetime series "Bristol Palin: Life's a Tripp," has been tossed out, according to ABC News.

Hanks initially brought a defamation lawsuit against the 21-year-old in early June claiming that he did not sign a release form agreeing to appear on television after arguing with Palin at a West Hollywood bar.

Johnston, Bristol Palin's ex-fiance and father of their son Tripp, wed girlfriend Sunny Oglesby on Sunday, October 28, a month after welcoming their daughter Breeze Beretta on September 13 in Wasilla, Alaska.
Bristol Palin talked to "Good Morning America" on October 17 about her final week on "Dancing with the Stars," the tension with her partner Mark Ballas and serious threats she received while competing on the series.
Palin, 21, was voted off of the dancing show on October 16 after earning a 32 out of 40 for her Rock n' Roll performance. On the series, the reality starlet was displayed in a tense clip with partner Ballas, telling him that she felt he was disappointed that he didn't receive one of his other former partners, Shawn Johnson or Sabrina Bryan, for the all-star season.

The contestants had their work cut out for them with this week's challenge, which included dances chosen for them by their fellow competitors.
Although Bristol Palin had what was arguably her best dance in her "Dancing With The Stars" history with the Rock N' Roll style, viewers did not vote to keep her in the competition and she was eliminated on Tuesday, October 16.
Spoiler alert!: Contestants challenged each other on the fourth week of "Dancing With The Stars" assigning each other difficult and obscure dance styles, some of which have never been performed on the show before. On Tuesday, October 16, the fifth celebrity was eliminated from the dancing competition's 15th season.
