Brandy showed off her engagement ring as she and fiance Ryan Press rang in 2013 at a New Year's Eve party she hosted at the LAVO nightclub in Las Vegas on December 31.

The event also turned into a engagement party for the couple, who received a three-tier black and red cake with a large diamond ring topper.

Brandy's engagement to Press, a music executive, was revealed in late December. The 33-year-old Grammy-winning singer and actress told reporters at LAVO that the engagement was "spontaneous" and that Press helped design her ring, a source told OTRC.com.

Brandy, who stars on the show "The Game," was previously engaged to NBA player Quentin Richardson. The two split in 2005. Brandy has a 10-year-old daughter, Sy'rai, from a previous relationship.
