'Boy Meets World's Rider Strong, Danielle Fishel wed fiances
Not one but TWO former "Boy Meets World" stars got married this past weekend.
Rider Strong, a 33-year-old actor who played Shawn on the 1990s ABC series, married Alexandra Barreto, 31. (See PHOTOS of the engagement ring he designed for her.)
The two tied the knot at a summer camp in Oregon, People magazine reported, quoting Strong as saying: "I am missing some of my 'Boy Meets World' family. That was my fault -- [Fishel] chose the date first."
Danielle Fishel, who played Topanga on "Boy Meets World" -- a role she reprises in new spinoff "Girl Meets World," wed 25-year-old Tim Belusko a day earlier, on Saturday, Oct. 19. The wedding took place in downtown Los Angeles and was attended by the 32-year-old actress' on-screen husband -- Ben Savage, according to Us Weekly.
Scores of people posted public congratulatory tweets in response to the news. However, Fishel later said on Twitter that people had criticized her for marrying a person younger than she is, adding: "Tim is mature, responsible, loving, & kind. Way to judge people, Internet."
She also shared photos of herself and her new husband outside their wedding venue the morning after their wedding. Check them out below.
