Beyonce sang the national anthem at the Presidential Inauguration of President Barack Obama on Jan. 21, 2013.

She attended the event with husband and fellow R&B star Jay-Z (see photos of them and other celebrities, such as Katy Perry and John Mayer, at the ceremony). Beyonce is a longtime supporter of the president and First Lady Michelle Obama.

Other stars who attended the event included Kelly Clarkson, who also performed (watch video), as well as Eva Longoria and Kerry Washington.
