Beyonce cancels show under doctor's orders, amid pregnancy rumors
Beyonce is getting some much needed rest and relaxation.
The 31-year-old performer, who is currently traveling on her Mrs. Carter World Tour, is canceling her Tuesday, May 14 performance in Belgium due to dehydration and exhaustion, according to the Associated Press.
Beyonce's publicist issued a statement explaining that she was advised by her doctors to rest. While the songstress was slated to perform at the Sportpaleis in Antwerp, the show is set to be rescheduled.
The singer's next tour date is on Wednesday, May 15 at the same arena. The statement says that she is "awaiting word from her doctors before making a decision" as to whether she'll take the stage.
The news comes amid rumors that the "Grown Woman" singer, who is also the face of H&M's summer collection, is expecting another baby.
On Monday, May 6, Beyonce talked to "Good Morning America" correspondent Amy Robach in London -- opening up about the possibility of expanding her family.
"I would like more children," Beyonce said. "I think my daughter needs some company. I definitely love being big sister. At some point, when it's supposed to happen."
The singer and husband Jay-Z welcomed their first child, daughter Blue Ivy Carter, in January 2012. Beyonce and the "99 Problems" rapper wed in 2008.
The Destiny's Child alum announced the tour following her Super Bowl halftime performance on Sunday, February 3. The tour is her first major one in about three years and her first concert series since May 2012, when she performed four sold-out shows in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
