'Bachelorette' 2013 post-finale: Desiree, Chris talk future (Video)
Desiree Hartsock accepted Chris Siegfried's proposal on the "Bachelorette" season 9 finale on Monday, so what's next for the couple?
Well, moving in together, for one. The two told WABC Television (sister station of OTRC.com's parent company, KABC) that they plan to move into a two-bedroom apartment in Seattle. And then, of course, there's wedding planning (part of which should be slightly less stressful than usual for Hartsock, a bridal stylist).
The couple told WABC they plan to tie the knot in an "intimate" ceremony in the summer of 2014. Will it be televised and will Chris Harrison, host of "The Bachelorette," officiate, like he did with the TV wedding of Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum from the previous season?
"Possibly," Hartsock said. "To be honest, he was along every curve and ups and downs of my journey, so I think it would be nice."
The two also weighed in on Monday's other big reveal -- the naming of the next star of main dating show "The Bachelor" -- recent "Bachelorette" contestant, Juan Pablo Galavis of Venezuela.
"I think it's great. Juan Pablo is a really good guy and he really does want to find love," Hartsock said.
"He's genuine," he fiance added. "He'll have a good time and I think everyone will ... continue to like him."
