Jerry Bruckheimer is confident that "The Lone Ranger" star Armie Hammer is going to find huge success in Hollywood.

Bruckheimer, whose company produced "The Lone Ranger," talked to George Pennacchio of KABC Television, OTRC.com's parent company, recently about the film as well as Hammer's future.

"He's going to be an enormous star," Bruckheimer said of Hammer. "He's made a lot of very excellent choices in the things that he's picked to do and 'The Lone Ranger' makes him a superstar, I think."

"I think the industry, when they see his performance in this, he's going to get a lot of offers," Bruckheimer added.

Hammer stars in the film as John Reid, a man of the law, who teams up with the American Indian warrior Tonto, portrayed by Depp, in order to bring to justice people who destroyed the villages of Tonto's tribe.

Hammer previously gained attention when he appeared in the 2010 Oscar-nominated film "The Social Network" as both Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, the twins who sued Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.

He then co-starred alongside Leonardo DiCaprio in "J. Edgar," which was directed by Clint Eastwood, and played Prince Andrew Alcott in "Mirror Mirror" with Julia Roberts. Hammer is also set to co-star with "Man of Steel" star Henry Cavill in the remake of the popular 1960s TV series "The Man from U.N.C.L.E."

Bruckheimer, who has produced hit films like "Beverly Hills Cop," "Top Gun," "Armageddon," "Bad Boys" and "Pirates of the Caribbean," also talked about how "The Lone Ranger," changes in tone from comedy to drama throughout its running time.

"You have to make things a little different. We can't keep making the same formula over and over again. So you want to throw some interesting humor in there with some edgy stuff, it is a western," Bruckheimer explained.
