Andy Dick arrested for public intoxication at Marie Callender's
Andy Dick was recently arrested at a Southern California restaurant and booked on suspicion of disorderly conduct involving drugs with alcohol.

The 45-year-old actor and comedian was detained on Monday night after police responded to a report about an intoxicated man who was created a disturbance inside a Marie Callender's restaurant in Temecula, California, a police statement said.
"Mr. Dick displayed the objective symptoms associated with alcohol intoxication, and he was unable to care for his own safety," the statement said, adding that the comedian was cooperative with law enforcement officials.
Dick has not commented. He was booked for misdemeanor disorderly conduct involding drugs with alcohol, a police record showed. He was released after posting $500 bail.
Dick has been treated for substance abuse in the past and appeared on a spin-off of "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" called "Sober House" in 2009. Dick's current Twitter profile description reads "Sometimes sober. sometimes not. get off my back already!"
He has been arrested before. In 2008, he received probation and pleading guilty after he was found drunk outside a California restaurant. In 2010, he was charged with sexual abuse over allegations he grobed a bouncer at a bar in West Virginia.
