Amy Winehouse did in fact die from accidental alcohol poisoning, a UK coroner says, following a second inquiry into her 2011 death.

The 27-year-old Grammy-winning soul singer, who battled substance abuse for years and was best known for the hit "Rehab," was found dead at her home in Camden, a popular artists' neighborhood in London, on July 23, 2011. Empty vodka bottles were scattered around her. The cause of her death was then ruled to be accidental alcohol poisoning.

Amy Winehouse's wedding dress was recently stolen from her London home, where she died last year.

The late soul singer had worn it when she wed Blake Fielder-Civil in Miami, Florida in 2007. In addition, another newsprint cocktail dress she had donned on the BBC live music show "Later With Jools Holland" is also missing. No suspects have been named and a formal police complaint has not been filed.

Reg Traviss, former boyfriend of the late Amy Winehouse, has been charged with two counts of rape.

The 35-year-old filmmaker is set to appear in court next month. He was arrested on April 5 by London Metropolitan Police, after being accused of a rape reported on January 18, 2012.

Amy Winehouse's father Mitch has been dealing with his daughter's death for nearly a year, but revealed that he still sends her text messages, wondering when she's coming home.
