Entertainment News: amanda seyfried
Official poster images of Anne Hathaway as Fantine and Amanda Seyfried as her daughter Cosette from the new film "Les Miserables" have been released.
Seyfried, who rose to fame playing a ditsy blonde high school student in the 2004 cult hit "Mean Girls," showcases soft, brunette locks and the look of innocence and beauty projected by her character in the movie, which is based on the award-winning Broadway musical.
Amanda Seyfried donned lingerie and a brunette wig in a sexy poster to promote her upcoming movie, "Lovelace."
The film, which is slated to hit theaters later in the year, is about Linda Lovelace, who was dubbed the "first erotic superstar" and who rose to fame with the 1972 porn film "Deep Throat." The film also stars James Franco, Sarah Jessica Parker, Wes Bentley, Sharon Stone, Hank Azaria, Chloe Sevigny and Peter Sarsgaard.
Amanda Seyfried talked to OnTheRedCarpet.com about her new thriller "Gone" and revealed that during the scene where she is stranded in a dirt pit, some of her screaming was real.
"That dirt had small, small, small, microscopic pieces of wood in it, so that was really painful and I was constantly wiping off these little splinters," Seyfried told OnTheRedCarpet.com special correspondent George Pennacchio. "That was not fun but the thing is it looks cool, and it looks real. I'm really claustrophobic, so some of that screaming really came from an organic place in me."

Amanda Seyfried might be playing a porn star in her newest role, but the actress claims she's "terrified" of promiscuity and would rather have kids with her ex-boyfriend Dominic Cooper.
"He was my last real boyfriend," Seyfried told Glamour magazine of her "Mamma Mia" co-star. "We still joke about having kids, like, 'If it doesn't work out with other people, we might as well just have a child.' And there's a part of that that feels... possible."
