Adele is No. 1 on Billboard chart again with 'Rolling In The Deep'
Adele's hit song "Rolling In The Deep" has taken the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart for the second week.
The 23-year-old Grammy-winning British singer performed the song, which was released in November on ABC's "Dancing With The Stars" on May 10. On the same day, episodes of NBC singing contest series "The Voice" and FOX's musical sitcom "Glee" featured contestants and cast members performing the track.
Earlier this month, "American Idol" finalist Haley Reinhart performed "Rolling In The Deep" on the FOX singing competition. The song has also been covered by singer John Legend, who released an a cappella version of it.
"Rolling In The Deep" is featured on Adele's second studio album, "21," and entered the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart 18 weeks ago. The track was No. 2 two weeks ago. More than 2 million digital copies of the song have been sold in the United States
Katy Perry's song "E.T.," featuring Kanye West, remains in the No. 2 position on the chart, while Lady Gaga's "The Edge of Glory" has debuted at No. 3. The song is the third single from her album "Born This Way," which is set for release on May 23.
Pitbull's song "Give Me Everything," featuring Ne-Yo, AfroJack and Nayer, fell four places to No. 4, while the Black Eyed Peas' "Just Can't Get Enough" dropped one spot to the No. 5 position. Jennifer Lopez's new single "On the Floor," which also features Pitbull, is No. 6 - down three places from last week.
