Will Adam Lambert become the next new "American Idol" judge?
No talks have been confirmed, but the former finalist and glam rocker is very interested in the job.
Adam Lambert is not impressed by the singing skills of several of the actors in the new "Les Miserables" musical film.
The 30-year-old "American Idol" alum gave a Tweet-by-Tweet review of the movie, which is based on the hit Broadway show, on his Twitter page on December 30. While Lambert does not have Broadway experience, he has starred in several musicals, including "Hair," "The Ten Commandments: The Musical" in 2004 with Val Kilmer and the popular "Wizard of Oz" prequel musical "Wicked."
Adam Lambert is set to host the 2012 "VH1 Divas" which will feature performances from Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato and Jordin Sparks, as well as from the glam rocker himself.
The "VH1 Divas" dance party is set to celebrate current and classic dance music. This is the biggest hosting gig for Lambert, a self-proclaimed "sometimes diva" who is also an "American Idol" alum.
Adam Lambert's epic appearance with Queen will not happen after all.
The gig was set to happen in July during the second day of the 2012 Sonisphere hard rock festival at Knebworth Park in Stevenage, located north of London. However, festival organizers announced on March 29 that the festival has been canceled.
Adam Lambert has confirmed that he will perform with the legendary rock band Queen, while its guitarist, Brian May, said he is sure Freddie Mercury would approve of the decision.
Lambert, an "American Idol" finalist and longtime fan of the British group and of Mercury, its late flamboyant frontman, will sing on stage in July with May, 64, and drummer Roger Taylor, 62, during the second day of the 2012 Sonisphere touring hard rock festival at Knebworth Park in Stevenage, located north of London. A UK tabloid had said earlier this month that Lambert would perform there with the band.
